Event Begin

Required. The start date for the event. Enter the date or select it from the calendar .

Event End

Required. The end date for the event. Enter the date or select it from the calendar .

Partner/Spouse Expense Included

Indicates whether the expenses claimed include expenses for the requester’s spouse or partner. Check the box to indicate that these expenses are included.

     Checking this box causes the system to route the document for Special Request review and approval.
