To view information about the traveler’s payment history:
4. Click the customer report link in the top right corner of the tab.

5. The system displays the standard Customer Lookup screen. Customer Number and Customer Type will be selected.

6. Click
. The Customer displays.
7. Click the report link in the Actions column.
8. The Customer History Report opens and lists the Invoices (INV) and Credit Memos (CRM) created when Travel Advances have been processed and reimbursed.
The highlighted rows show a Travel Advance that has been
paid.
