An unscheduled job that updates the Prior Year Accounts tables with the accounts listed in parameter PRIOR_YEAR_ACCOUNTS_TO_BE_ADDED.

populatePriorYearDataJob

This job creates prior year chart of accounts table that can be used for year end processes to capture snapshots. Typically run after the system is brought down on the night of June 30 (or at the point in time you wish to capture fiscal year end account and organization snapshots.

This job is scheduled and will run on the date specified in parameter RUN_DATE – component UpdatePriorYearDataStep.
