Non-Wage Sub Fund Logic

• If the SUB_FUND_GROUPS_NOT_ACCEPTING_WAGES_IND = Y and the origination code is not listed in the NON_WAGE_SUB_FUND_BYPASS_ORIGINATIONS parameter, use the accounting string specified in the SUSPENSE* parameters.

• If the SUB_FUND_GROUPS_NOT_ACCEPTING_FRINGES_IND = N or = Y and the origination code is listed in the NON_WAGE_SUB_FUND_BYPASS_ORIGINATIONS paramter, the scrubber will proceed with account supplied on transaction.
