The UIEvent interface provides specific contextual information associated with User Interface events.

To create an instance of the UIEvent interface, use the DocumentEvent.createEvent("UIEvent") method call.

viewArg - Specifies UIEvent.view. This value may be null.

detailArg - Specifies UIEvent.detail.
