    Finds a KcPerson by user name. The user name cannot be blank. Will return null if not found.
    
    Parameters:
    
    userName - the user name. cannot be blank.
    
    Returns:
    
    the KcPerson or null
    
    Throws:
    
    IllegalArgumentException - if the user name is blank.
