Users can select any of the left navigation buttons at any time to open any budget screen. The ‘save & continue’ button in the proposal footer will take the user to next screen, following the left navigation buttons from top to bottom. The ‘back’ button on the proposal footer will return the user to the previous screen, based on the screen above in the left navigation buttons.
