The IACUC Protocol Reviewer Type link takes you to a lookup screen that is just called IACUC Protocol Reviewer Type, but from there, clicking the create new button brings up the IACUC Protocol Reviewer Type maintenance document, which is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.
The values in the IACUC Protocol Reviewer Type maintenance table indicates to the reviewer if they are a primary or secondary reviewer or a committee member. The Kuali Coeus system provides by default the values “Primary” “Secondary” and “Committee”. Institutes can add other Protocol Reviewer Type values as needed. Typically the IACUC Administrator while making reviewer assignment indicates to the reviewer the reviewer type.

Existing Value Modification: Existing values may be edited as long as the description is synonymous with the original term. New values can be added. You should not delete existing values. |
