This tab allows you to list all persons who attended the event for which expenses are claimed. You may enter information about the attendees individually, import the information, or attach a list to the Notes and Attachments tab.

Number of Attendees |
The total number of attendees. |

Attendee List Attached |
Indicates that an attachment in the Notes and Attachments tab provides the list of attendees. Check the box to indicate the presence of the attachment. |

Attendee Type |
The type of attendee (employee, business guest, etc.). Select the type from the list. |

Company |
The name of the company the attendee was representing. |
|
Title |
The attendee’s title at the company. |

Name |
The attendee’s name. Use the lookup |
