Edit Instrument Type tab definition

Title	Description
Instrument Type Code	Required. A code to designate the instrument type.
Instrument Type Description	Required. The description of this instrument type.
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this instrument type code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate this code.
