When Clark Schaeffer prepared his Travel Reimbursement he did not check Final Reimbursement so the Travel Authorization was still Open for Reimbursement. He was not aware of any additional expenses, so he used the button to close the Travel Authorization which generated a Travel Authorization Close. All the encumbrance was released on the TR, so no encumbrance entries were created on the Travel Authorization Close.
