Trip Overview Tab
This tab contains information about the traveler and basic information about the trip. It is made up of the Traveler Section and the Trip Information Section.
If
you are creating a Travel Reimbursement document from scratch (that is, if the document is
not based on a travel authorization or another Travel
Reimbursement document for the same trip), the system displays the tab with
blank fields.
If
you are creating the document based on another Travel Reimbursement document for
the same trip , the system copies all trip overview information from the
previous Travel Reimbursement document.
If
you are creating the document based on aTravel Authorization document for the same trip, the
system copies all trip overview information from the associated Travel
Authorization document.
