The Scheduled Other Action Type link in the Compliance group of the Maintenance menu takes you to the lookup screen for the Schedule Act Item Type maintenance document (note different name). The Schedule Act Item Type maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.
The values defined in this maintenance table appear for selection within the “Other Actions” panel of IRB/IACUC schedules and serve to define any other types of agenda items besides the protocols that need to be addressed in the IRB/IACUC meeting.

The Edit Schedule Act Item Type section of the Schedule Act Item Type maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.
