• Click Data Validation on the proposal toolbar
• Click the Turn On button in the upper right corner of the window.
o If there are any warnings or errors, a list will appear in the expanded window. Each validation item will include a ‘fix’ button
§ Navigate with the Fix button
• Click [Fix] to close the window and navigate to the screen where the issue can be edited.
• The Error/Warning text will appear in the proposal screens until the issue is resolved.
§ Manual navigation:
• Click the ‘close’ button at the bottom of the validation window. Use the proposal’s left navigation buttons to open screens and view the validation warning/error in the screen.
