
A. Budget Notes: Left Navigation button click to open the Budget Notes screen.
B. User ID and timestamp: Displays the user id and timestamp of the last update.
C. Notes text box: Blank by default, but can be populated with information added in the budget, and then be edited, or can be used as a notepad by the user.
D. Consolidate Expense Justifications Button: click to populate the Notes text field with data from the proposal.
E. Proposal Footer actions:
o Back: click to navigate to the previous screen on the left navigation bar
o Save: click to save the proposal data and stay on this screen
o Save and Continue: click to navigate to the next screen listed below on the left navigation bar
o Complete Budget: click to mark the budget status as complete in the Budget Settings.
Note: request made to edit button label on this screen to “Consolidate Budget Notes” and to make the labels for the fields in the Personnel and Non-Personnel consistently be “Budget Notes.”
