Rates
This screen displays the centrally maintain rate types and rate classes that may be used on this proposal. The proposal’s Activity Type pre-determines the rate type, but that type may be manually overridden by the user in the Budget Settings, for non-standard submissions.
The functionality on the Rates screens includes refreshing rates to restore all edits to the default, syncing all rates to match the central rates table, resetting and syncing only within a single rate type/class tab, and editing the applicable rate column to utilize a custom rate. The “Institute Rate” column displays a centrally maintained rate. The “Applicable” column may be edited by the user so that a custom rate is applied to that rate class/rate type.
