Applicant Organization

This tab lists the applicant organization that is the organization or entity that submits the proposal and receives the award assuming legal and financial responsibility and accountability both for the awarded funds and for the performance of the grant-supported activity.  The applicant organization cannot be changed in the proposal, but congressional districts can be modified to reflect the proposal, if needed.
