Subaward Copyrights Type

 

The Subaward Copyrights Type is available to the user in the Subawards document > Template Information tab > Template panel > Copyrights / Data Rights field. The out of the box types are specific for the FDP subaward generation tool. Added types will not be mapped to the forms.

Edit Copyrights Type Section

The Edit Copyrights Type section of the maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.

Field	Description
Copyright Type Type Code	Required.  The numeric representation of the content of the Description field, this is the value associated with the status name.  .
Description	Required.  The textual name of the subaward status as it is commonly referred to which describes the numeric code and summarizes the purpose of the status.
