Unit Formulated Cost

 

The Unit Formulated Type maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables.  This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.  Unit Forumulated Cost is essential to a tool used in the Proposal Budget module to calculate a predefinedf rate to specific cost elements. Used in conjunction with Formulated Type maintenance document.

Edit Unit Formulated Cost Section

The Edit Unit Formulated Cost section of the maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the Unit, and the cost value associated with the Formulated Type record in fields.

Field	Description
Formulated Type	Use the drop-down tool to select a pre-defined Formulated Type.
Unit Number	Enter a valid unit, or use the lookup tool to search and select a unit.
Unit Cost	Enter a number value to be used in calculating the formulated cost.
