User Attached Forms:

This screen is used to upload Grants.gov Adobe forms to support submissions where mandatory or optional forms have not been programmed and mapped to KC data. Individual ‘unstitched’ forms may be downloaded from the Grants.gov Forms page. Adobe opportunity packages may also be used, but only the ‘optional’ forms will translate. This means that any Mandatory forms must be the individual, unstitched forms provided by Grants.gov. http://www.grants.gov/web/grants/forms.html
