Contact Usage

The Contact Usage maintenance document is used to establish and maintain distinct lists of contact types which are stored in database tables.  The separate lists of Contact Usage serve to aid the end user by providing a specific list of Contact Types that are appropriate for that module.  For example, sertain Contact Types are used in Awards, Award Templates and different Contact types are required for Subward  e-docs.  .

Edit Contact Usage Section

The Edit Usage Type section of the Contact Usage  maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.

Field	Description
Contact Type Code	The number code value used to identify and reference this contact type.
Module Code	The Module code where this contact type should be used.
