The Reports subpanel is used to record the required reports due from the sub-recipient.

Read only: Populates with the date and time the report row was added. |

Click [add] after selecting a report type to save and add this report to the list. |

Click [reset] to deselect your option and return to the default. |

Click [delete] on a maintained row to remove the report. |
