For Other Organizations, the KC Organization Table will be searched and the returned result will include:

•      the Location,

•      Address

•      DUNS number if present in Organization profile

•      Congressional District.  Modify the district by deleting returned result and adding a new congressional district field.  If no Congressional District is within the Organization profile for the selected one will have to be added

For Performance Site:

•      the Performance name field must be manually typed in

•      the Rolodex is searched to provide the Address

•      only if DUNS number is present in Organization profile listed for Owned By Unit, otherwise left blank and not populated (most common).

•      the Congressional District field must be added and typed in. Use Add Cong District to supply additional districts.
