Customer Exists?

Required. Select a value from the list. Selections are: Use Existing Customer, Create New Customer and No Customer.

    If Use Existing Customer is selected, a valid AR Customer Number must be entered in the Customer Number field.

    If Create New Customer is selected, an AR Customer will be created when the Agency document is Final.

    If No Customer is selected, leave Customer Number and Customer Type blank.

Customer Number

Optional. If Use Existing Customer is selected, enter a valid AR Customer Number or valid AR customers may be retrieved from the lookup .

    Leave this field blank if any other value is selected.

Customer Type

Optional. Select a value from the list.

    Required if Create New Customer is selected.
