Indicates whether this Invoice template is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate the template.

Restrict Use by Chart/Org

Optional.  Indicates whether the use of this invoice template is restricted to the billing organization associated with the template or if any billing organization may use the template.  Check the box to restrict access, remove the check mark to remove the restriction.
