Contact Info section field definitions

Title	Description
Email Address	The traveler’s email address. For employees, the entry is display only. For non-employees, you may change the entry in this field. Changes made here will be reflected in the traveler’s Customer record in the Accounts Receivable module.
Phone Number	The traveler’s telephone number. For employees, the entry is display only. For non-employees, you may change the entry in this field. Changes made here will be reflected in the traveler’s Customer record in the Accounts Receivable module.
