University Date field definitions

Title	Description
Fiscal Year	Required. The fiscal year associated with this university date. Existing fiscal years may be retrieved from the lookup icon.
University Date	The calendar date for a financial period.
University Fiscal Accounting Period	Required. The fiscal period associated with this university date. Existing accounting periods may be retrieved from the lookup icon.

University Date Table and 'Scrubber': The University Date Table is used by the 'Scrubber' to determine the posting accounting period of andocument when the accounting period is not specified. The University Date Table is normally populated by the Genesis process at the beginning of the fiscal year.
