Intended Incumbent

 

The Intended Incumbent table contains employee information usually found in the institution's HR/Payroll system.

 

If the system parameter (EXTERNAL_INCUMBENT_FEED_IND = 'N') is set to not feed incumbent information from an external system, you also have the option of creating new incumbents and modifying existing incumbents.

 

pencil-small.gif       If the system parameter EXTERNAL_INCUMBENT_FEED_IND = 'Y', the BUDGET CONSTRUCTION Intended Incumbent maintenance functions are disabled, and intended incumbent maintenance is handled by the external system.
