IACUC Protocol Attachment Group

The IACUC Protocol Attachment Group maintenance document allows you to establish and maintain textual group names and associated numeric codes to which attachments sharing a common purpose may be assigned.  Use this maintenance document to define groups that represent various types of file attachments that can be included with a Protocol e-doc (for example, those that are specific to personnel involved in the research).  As opposed to hard-coded values, these are parameterized to facilitate customization by implementing institution.

The values in the IACUC Protocol Attachment group serve as a higher-level categorization for IACUC protocol attachments. The out of the box values include Protocol Attachments and Personnel Attachments – which are the two broad categories of attachments in an IACUC protocol. The values in this table will be linked to different types of IACUC protocol attachments via the IACUC Protocol Attachment Type Group maintenance table.
