Finalize Intellectual Property Review changes:

To finalize any additions or changes to the Institutional Proposal Review, the user must click the Save, Submit, or Blanket Approve button located in the action button bar at the bottom of the screen. The specific action (save/submit/blanket approve) is determined by your local business practices and routing requirements.
