IACUC Valid Protocol Submission Review Type

 

The IACUC Valid Protocol Submission Review Type maintenance document is used to add or modify allowable IACUC Protocol Review Types for a selected IACUC Submission Type.  Values must exist or be added to the IACUC Submission Type and IACUC Protocol Review Type maintenance documents to be available in this maintenance document.  This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.

Use this to assign a unique code to a combination of IACUC Submission Type and IACUC Protocol Review Type.

The linkage between IACUC Submission Type and IACUC Protocol Review Type established through the iacuc Valid Protocol Submission Review Type maintenance table ensures that at the time of protocol submission when a specific Submission Type is selected, only Review Types allowed for that specific Submission Type are available for selection.

IACUC Protocol Review Type Code	Select an option from the dropdown menu or use the direct inquiry or lookup icons as necessary.  Use the drop-down menu by clicking the down arrow to display the list, and then click on an item in the list to highlight and select it to populate the box with your selection.  Type the suspected value in the box and click the direct inquiry icon or click the lookup icon to search for and return the value to populate the box automatically.
