Formulated Type

 

The Formulated Type maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables.  This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.  Formulated Type is tool used in the Proposal Budget module to calculate a predefinedf rate to specific cost elements. Used in conjunction with Unit Formulated Cost maintenance document.

Edit Formulated  Type Section

The Edit Formulated Type section of the maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the types to be associated with the reference table record in fields.

Field	Description
Formulated Type Code	Required.  The numeric value that the system uses to reference this rate class that is associated with this unique type.  Type the next available value in the box..
Description	Required.  Enter text to describe this individual type.
