COI Disclosure Status

The COI Disclosure Status maintenance e-doc (Coi ) is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables.  This status field describes the overall status of the disclosure – to define whether its in progress, submitted for review, approved or disapproved and provides high-level information about the stage in the lifecycle the disclosure is in. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, which can include lookups, e-docs as well as other maintenance e-docs.

Edit Disclosure Status Section

The Edit Disclosure Status section of the Disclosure Status  maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.
