Subaward Report Type

The Report types appear to the user in the Subaward document > Template Information > Reports panel and are required for the FDP Agreement/Modification generation tool as a list of reports in Attachment 4 (Reporting Requirements). The out of the box types are specific for the FDP subaward generation tool. Additional types may be added locally but will not be mapped to the boilerplate forms.

Edit Subaward Report Type Section

The Edit Subaward report Type section of the maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.

Subaward Report Type Code

Required.  The numeric representation of the content of the Description field, this is the value associated with the status name.  .

Description

Required.  The textual name of the subaward status as it is commonly referred to which describes the numeric code and summarizes the purpose of the status.
