To Add an Unrecovered F&A Row:

Click the [+Add Unrecovered F&A] button above the list to open the add window.

You may enter the information in the window, FY, values in the applicable rate, source, and amount fields to enter the row, or you can click add to generate the row in the table to enter the information in the list row.
