Current Locks

 

Lookup Screen Label:  Pessimistic Lock Lookup

Locks are created when a user is actively working in a KC document, or has not closed the document properly, leaving a lock. Use the Current Locks lookup to locate and delete a lock in order to open a document in edit mode.

The Current Locks link in this Maintenance document section is used in the same way the links are in the Researcher, Unit, and Central Admin portals. Use the fields to enter a specific query, or click [search] with no fields maintained to list all locks.
