Click on an item in the left navigation bar to navigate to that screen. Some of the buttons are category headers, so when you click on them, they expand to display additional navigation buttons. For example: clicking on Personnel Costs does not open a screen; it expands to display the Project Personnel and Assign Personnel to Periods navigation buttons. You must click on one of the sub-category buttons to open a screen. The Commitments button also acts as a header for the Cost Sharing and Unrecovered F&A screens.
