On this Screen – Rates

 

A.  Rates Left Navigation button: click to open the Rates screen.

B.  Refresh and Sync buttons for All tabs

o  Refresh All Rates: replace the Applicable row with the Institute rate.

o  Sync All Rates: update all Institute Rates with the centrally maintained rates.

C.   Tab Navigation: Click on a named tab to open that screen.

D.  Sync and Reset buttons – tab level.

o  Sync to Current Institutional Rate: update all Institute Rates with the centrally maintained rates.

o  Reset to Default - replace the Applicable row with the Institute rate.

E.   Applicable Rate: click within a field to overwrite with the rate to be applied on this proposal.

F.   Proposal Footer actions:

o  Back: click to navigate to the previous screen on the left navigation bar

o  Continue: click to navigate to the next screen listed below on the left navigation bar

o  Save: click to save the proposal data and stay on this screen

o  Complete Budget: click to finalize the budget.

Rates types and classes appear in your local implementation may from those used in the Kuali test instances. These instructions are only on how to use the functionality.
